Stephanie Orefice is an understanding and passionate real estate agent that thrives on bringing results. She is a dedicated worker who goes above and beyond for her clients to cater to their best interests.

Before starting in real estate, her career began in public relations/marketing. She graduated Hunter College with a bachelor degree in media studies. Stephanie worked independently with her own brand targeting local musicians and artists. She helped artists create their brands, book gigs and create their social media presence. 
In 2015, Stephanie gave birth to her first son. She didn't want to go back into the field she was previously in and was searching for a career that would give her the flexibility to still be with my new baby boy.

Stephanie started the NYS real estate course in March of 2015 and was licensed by April 2015. In 2017, She became licensed in New Jersey shortly after seeing the natural progression of New Yorkers seems to bring them into NJ.

Being born and raised in Staten Island gives her the knowledge to know what would work best for her clients. She is a great listener and communicator whose work ethic and honesty make you feel at ease.  She discusses and informs you of the process whether buying or selling and never leaves you out of the loop.
Stephanie loves real estate and helping others find their perfect property whether in NY or NJ.  Her hard work and passion for the industry delivers results beyond expectations.
